4d7d98feed ui: style remaining pages 
Mostly, this reduces to displaying the short content inside a more narrow block, fitting into the horizontal header and footer limits.

Das sollte jetzt fertig sein.

Damit der Diff lesbar(er) wird, sollte man die Option „Ignoriere Leerzechen beim Zeilen vergleichen“/“Ignore whitespace when comparing lines” oben über dem Diff aktivieren, damit nicht jede geänderte Einrückung als Diff angezeigt wird.
